About

Bayard Boyle, Jr. is a third-generation real estate developer. In 1960, after graduating from Washington and Lee University and serving as an ROTC graduate at the Ft. Sill Oklahoma Artillery School, he joined the company founded by his father, Bayard Boyle, Sr. He served as President of Boyle Investment Company from 1971 to 1986, Chairman  1986 – 2015, and CEO 1978 – 2015. He helped establish the firm’s business philosophy of hiring people of high integrity and intelligence and giving them a lot of authority, and careful risk and trend analysis.

Mr. Boyle has been a board member of Rhodes College, St. George’s School, and Pathfinder International and board member and chairman of the Intercollegiate Studies Institute.
